1. Arts & Crafts/ Handmade items application-- if you do not fit into any of the below categories, please fill out this application.

2. Awareness Vendor Application - this is for organizations that are trying to "spread the word"     like churches, DCFS, etc.

3. Food Vendor Application --NO FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. THERE IS A WAITING LIST.

4. Attraction Vendor- this is for Large attractions like the carnival rides, animals, etc.

5. Kiddy Zone - this is for the kids zone which is held in the ball field, right beside the arts & crafts and food vendors.

6. Entertainment Application- this is for the FREE entertainment that is held at the gazebo. There are SOME entertainers that we have to pay, but we do prefer FREE entertainment. Booking FREE entertainment helps us fund other events & projects throughout the year. We have projects that help with the beautification of Lenox, Georgia. We were able to help fund a portion of the new play ground equipment in the kids park this past year !!!!!

7. Merchant Vendors - This is for vendors such as Avon, Thirty-One Gifts, Scentsy, ect.
